          Qualifications Needed

          • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a SaaS company, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
          • Industry Expertise: Preferred experience in the biotech or pharma industry, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges faced by R&D teams in these sectors.
          • Salesforce experience: Strong expertise in Salesforce, including the ability to develop reports, dashboards, and workflows.
          • Language Proficiency: Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English is essential for effective communication with global prospects.
          • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches to sales, tailoring solutions to clients' specific needs.
          • Time Management: Proficiency in managing and coordinating meetings across different time zones to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.
          • Performance: Strong work ethic with a track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals and delivering consistent, ongoing new business.
          • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their pain points and proposing effective solutions.
          • Team Player: A collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.

          Key Responsibilities:

          • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target markets around the world with a focus on the biotech, Food-tech, Chemistry and pharma industries. Leverage your SaaS experience to drive successful sales strategies.
          • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Scieline's solutions can address their challenges.
          • Data and workflow: Take full ownership over the data and workflow on Salesforce, conduct regular audits of sales data to ensure data integrity and consistency and that users follow proper procedure.
          • Client Engagement: Conduct impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of Scieline's platform and its benefits for R&D teams.
          • Time Zone Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients from different time zones to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
          • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing leader to align sales efforts with our brand messaging and positioning. Provide valuable feedback from the field to continuously improve our solutions.
